Short on purpose. These terms govern getpoche.com and
app.getpoche.com. If you use Poché, this is the agreement.

01What Poché is
Poché is a free planning tool: upload a floor plan, set its scale, lay out
real-dimension furniture, and follow links to products that fit. Your use of
it is personal and non-commercial unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You keep all rights to what you upload. We store it only to run the service
for you — the details live in our privacy page,
which is part of these terms.
02A planning tool, not a guarantee
Poché works from the drawing you give it and the scale you set. Renderings,
fit checks, clearance warnings, and delivery-path checks are planning
aids, not measurements of your actual home.
Measure before you buy, build, or cut. Verify critical dimensions
against the real room and the retailer's published specs. Where Poché is
estimating rather than asserting, it says so in the interface — take those
notes seriously.
Product data (sizes, prices, availability) comes from retailers and can be
wrong or stale. The listing on the store's own site is the truth.
03Your account
Sign-in is through Google or Apple. You're responsible for your provider
account; we never see a password.
Share links you create grant access to a plan — treat them like keys.
Rotating a link revokes the old one.
You can delete your projects any time; deletion is described on the
privacy page.
04Fair use of a free thing
Don't upload plans you have no right to use, content that's unlawful, or
anything malicious.
Don't scrape, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't
use automation to hammer the retailers we link to through us.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms — and we'd
rather not.
05Shopping links
Buying happens on the retailer's site, under the retailer's terms. Poché is
never a party to the transaction: we don't process payments, fulfill
orders, or handle returns.
Some links are affiliate links; the full disclosure is on the
privacy page. The price you pay never changes,
and payout never affects ranking.
06The unavoidable legal paragraph
Poché is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or
implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Poché's total liability for any claim
related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us for it in
the past year — which, for a free service, is zero. We're not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including a couch that
doesn't fit).
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state
where Poché operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
07Changes
If these terms change materially, the "last updated" date changes and the
new terms apply from your next use. We keep the plain-language promise
either way.
